About Shift
Shift was launched in 2005 by Philip Graves and is based in the South East of England. We are a small company and our growth is limited by the need for our consultants to have:
- Commercial experience
- Psychoanalytical expertise
- A willingness to stay up-to-date with discoveries in social psychology that have applications in research and marketing
- The ability to translate insights into action
